The quality control challenge
Starting with their arrival, all raw materials are checked. With a view to achieving maximum quality, they are then stored in food containers which meet the requirements of the raw material itself in terms of their compositional properties and ambient temperature. Our storage capacity reaches almost 1,400 tonnes.
With continual concern for effective quality control, the products are subjected to constant and very strict testing, whether it be during the manufacturing process, when they are ready or even after aging.
The BRC, level-A certification we obtained in March 2007 fits perfectly into this effort and demonstrates, once again, the evident desire to offer you high-quality products.
